For young people
Space to understand yourself, and something that actually helps.
Warm, practical coaching for children and teens: self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, confidence, coping, and connection - at their pace, in their language.
Young people don't need to be managed. They need to be seen, understood, and supported - and then handed practices that work in their real life.
What we work on
Where coaching helps most
How it works
The same approach, adapted to the person
Whether I'm working with a seven-year-old or a sixteen-year-old, we begin with curiosity, build awareness, and practice together.
They are taken seriously
Sessions start with the person, not the behavior. Young people set goals with me - they are talked with, not talked about.
Awareness before advice
We get curious together: what is happening in your body, what are you feeling, and what might you need right now?
Practices, not lectures
Mindfulness, breath, movement, role-play, and games so skills are experienced and rehearsed rather than explained.
Self-compassion
Learning to meet a hard moment - and their own reaction to it - with something other than self-criticism.
Connection
Support with friendships, family relationships, conflict and repair, and asking for help when it's needed.
Adults looped in
Parents and caregivers get shared language and support, with boundaries the young person can trust.
By age
Two entry points, one approach
Sessions are shaped by age, temperament, and what a young person actually enjoys.
