For Adults

You spend so much time caring for others. What happens when you make space to care for yourself?

Being the person everyone depends on can leave very little room to notice what you need.

Whether you're a teacher navigating burnout and the emotional demands of the classroom, or a parent carrying the constant responsibility of caring for a child, this work begins with you - not with what you should be doing differently.

What coaching for adults looks like

We slow down enough to notice what's actually happening - in your thoughts, your body, and your days. From there, we build practices that help you feel more grounded, more present, and more like yourself again.

If you're a teacher

You may not have lost your passion for teaching. You may simply be exhausted.

The goal isn't to become a perfectly calm teacher. It's to have more space between what happens and how you respond.

If you're a parent

Supporting your child doesn't mean you have to lose yourself in the process.

We start with your own experience - what you're carrying, what you need, and what becomes possible when you have a little more room to breathe.

Two ways to work together

1:1 Coaching

Personalized, private sessions shaped entirely around you. We may work with mindfulness, body awareness, movement, breath, reflection, and practical ways to navigate stress and emotion.

Group Coaching

Small, supportive groups for adults who want space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and learn alongside others who understand. Group coaching is for adults only.
